Agilent Seahorse XFe96 Live-cell Metabolic Assay Analyzer

Overview
The live cell metabolic assay analyzer (96-well-plate compatible) can measure oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and extracellular acidification rate (ECAR) of live cells in a multi-well plate. It can provide valuable data on cellular functions such as mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis, in real-time, without damaging the cells. OCR and ECAR rates are key indicators of mitochondrial respiration and glycolysis as well as ATP production rate. Together these measurements provide a systems-level view of cellular metabolic function in cultured cells and ex vivo samples.
